In order to solve the problems of low automation degree and low production efficiency in the domestic bullet packaging industry, a set of automatic bullet packaging equipment control system based on PLC was designed by combining the mechanical structure and control system hardware. The application status of automatic cartridge packaging equipment was analyzed, and its function and working principle were introduced. The hardware design of control system based on PLC was introduced, and the architecture of the control system was described. The software design of the control system was introduced, and the control mode of each component of the system was described. The test results show that the system is stable, safe and reliable, the fault judgment is accurate, the data acquisition is real-time, the packaging is solid, and it is suitable for transportation and storage. The automation degree and work efficiency of the system are effectively improved.
