Abstract:In order to improve the safety of the process and equipment in the process of 1, 3, 5-trinitro-1, 3, 5-triazacyclohexane (RDX) production, the hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) was used to analyze the hot-press boiling and cleaning process of RDX. By dividing the nodes, determining and analyzing the deviation, the causes of the accident and possible accidents are found, and the corresponding safety countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of this HAZOP analysis are summarized, and the direction of future improvement is defined. The results show that this method provides a strong support for the process of RDX hot-press boiling and cleaning process and the safe operation of the device.
