In order to improve the production efficiency of finished ammunition assembly, a new type of turret type high efficiency dosing machine was designed. By increasing the intermediate logistics transmission chain, the traditional metering plate dosing mechanism is organically combined with the turret dosing mechanism, and the charging efficiency is evaluated. The results show that the machine can not only ensure the accuracy of dosing, but also effectively improve the efficiency of dosing, and the production efficiency can be increased by 90% only by using the 4-hole metering plate structure, which has broad prospects for promotion.
