针对射流源设计和研制过程中借鉴精密破甲战斗部技术，进行射流源结构设计与破甲稳定性分析、数值 模拟等研究。设计和研制φ50 mm、φ56 mm、φ81 mm、φ100 mm 共4 种装药口径的射流源，采用精密装药工艺技术， 利用垂直静破甲试验考核穿深及跳动量。试验结果表明，该研究可以满足射流源产品高稳定性的射流能量和破甲性 能的要求。
Based on the technology of precision penetrating warhead, the structural design, penetrating stability analysis and numerical simulation of shaped charge jet were studied. The shaped charge jet with 4 kinds of charge calibers of φ50 mm, φ56 mm, φ81 mm and φ100 mm is designed and developed, and the precision charge technology is adopted. Vertical static penetration test was used to check the penetration depth and jump. The test results show that the study can meet the requirements of high stability of jet energy and penetration performance of shaped charge jet products.
