Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of the traditional test system that the mode is fixed and not suitable for small batch, multi-variety and multi-scene, a multi workstation shared automatic test system is designed, which is used for the electrical performance debugging, testing and maintenance of power amplification modules and components. Use the rational allocation of resources to maximize the utilization rate of key equipment, flexible allocation of workstations to meet the needs of multiple varieties and scenarios, and practical demonstration. The results show that the system improves the test efficiency and reduces the cost, which has reference value for other similar test systems.
