针对实际风洞试验中，速压波动较大导致的旋转天平得到的数据精度不高问题，设计基于NI cDAQ 的旋 转天平实时速压测量系统。阐述多点静压落差法测量速压的原理和方法，介绍测量系统的硬件组成和软件设计，并 将该系统应用在Φ5 m 立式风洞旋转天平试验中。结果表明：该系统稳定可靠，能有效克服速压波动较大的问题， 提高试验数据的精准度，为风洞试验提供有力保障。
Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of the data obtained by rotary balance due to the large fluctuation of the velocity pressure in the actual wind tunnel test, a real-time velocity pressure measurement system of rotary balance based on NI cDAQ is designed. The principle and method of the multi-point static pressure drop method for measuring the velocity pressure are described, and the hardware composition and software design of the measuring system are introduced. The system is applied to the rotary balance test in the Φ5 m vertical wind tunnel. The results show that the system is stable and reliable, and can effectively overcome the problem of large fluctuation of velocity pressure, improve the accuracy of test data, and provide a strong guarantee for wind tunnel test.
