    摘要:

    为顺应办公现代化与信息化趋势,增强电子档案资料管理水平,设计一种基于单标签RFID的电子档案分类管理系统。使用RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)搭建数据和档案信息管理系统框架,通过中心数据库、终端管理器模块实现RFID数据存储与传输,运用文件管理、档案管理、开发利用及系统维护四个模块完成电子档案分类管理日常运行和维护;引入模糊聚类算法,提取电子档案数据信息熵,使用关联规则实现电子档案数据融合与自主调度,特征分解电子档案数据运行状态信息,并通过神经网络组建分类器,对电子档案分类。实验结果证明,所建系统运行时实现了高负载均衡,且CPU利用率低,在分类管理方面拥有准确率高、响应速率快等优势。

    Abstract:

    In order to comply with the trend of office modernization and informatization and enhance the management level of electronic archives, an electronic archives classification management system based on single tag RFID is designed. Use RFID (radio frequency identification) to build the framework of data and archives information management system, realize RFID data storage and transmission through the central database and terminal manager module, and complete the daily operation and maintenance of electronic archives classification management by using four modules: document management, archives management, development and utilization and system maintenance; Fuzzy clustering algorithm is introduced to extract the information entropy of electronic archives data, association rules are used to realize electronic archives data fusion and autonomous scheduling, feature decomposition of electronic archives data running state information, and a classifier is established through neural network to classify electronic archives. The experimental results show that the system realizes high load balancing, low CPU utilization, and has the advantages of high accuracy and fast response rate in classification management.
