Abstract:In order to solve the problem of generating parallel disassembly sequence in the process of complex equipment disassembly, the disassembly research idea of “model + algorithm” is used to analyze the assembly relationship of equipment components. A disassembly hybrid graph model and a disassembly relation matrix are formed and derived in turn according to the part explosion graph model, and a global search factor is introduced to improve the artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC), and a computer program is used to assist the planning and obtain a parallel disassembly sequence. The experimental results show that the method has a certain reference value for the study of disassembly sequence of different parts of complex equipment.
