In view of the possible faults in the use of mechanical and electrical equipment, the countermeasures are put forward. This paper summarizes and analyzes the mechanical and electrical components installation failures that often occur in the process of installation, commissioning and operation of mechanical and electrical equipment, puts forward the improvement measures for installation, commissioning and operation of mechanical and electrical equipment, and analyzes the typical cases of installation and commissioning.
