TO enhance the capability of end defense, sets up an efficient evaluation index system and efficient evaluation WSEIAC model of end defense weapon system by efficient evaluation. Confirm the effectiveness, trustworthiness and ability to complete the task of weapon system. By calculating the comprehensive efficiency of weapon system, the paper aims to provide references for design, research and manufacture, operational use and optimized allocation of weapon system. The calculation results show that the efficient evaluation of end defense weapon system can provide some references for commanding and decision-making, researching and manufacturing equipment.
