    摘要:

    为解决高危产品装配生产过程中生产质量控制差异大、资源调度困难、材料和数控设备利用率低、企业 整体制造水平不高等问题,对高危产品装配生产过程智能管控平台进行设计。依据高危产品生产行业生产线精益生 产管控的特别业务需求,通过对平台所需各系统的设计和集成,结合生产线生产的执行过程,详细介绍高危产品装 配生产线生产过程智能管控平台的设计及实现方法。结果表明:该平台可实现高危产品生产行业装配生产线的精益 管控,有效促进高危产品生产企业的能力提升和转型升级。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of high risk products mass production quality control difference, resource scheduling difficulty, low utilization rate of materials and CNC equipment, and low overall manufacturing level of enterprises, an intelligent control platform for high risk products assembly process was designed. According to the special business requirements of lean production management and control of high-risk product production line, through the design and integration of various systems required by the platform, combined with the implementation process of production line, the design and implementation method of intelligent management and control platform for high-risk product assembly line production process are introduced in detail. The results show that the platform can realize lean control of high risk production assembly line and effectively promote the ability improvement, transformation and upgrading of high risk products manufacturer.
