    根据机器人在化工园区或煤炭产业单位等容易发生爆炸的火灾现场、代替消防人员进行灭火救援这一需求,进行了消防机器人自主火源寻找与智能灭火技术的研究。首先在对消防机器人的结构与控制系统进行介绍的基础上,明确消防机器人在未知环境下自主寻找火源与智能灭火的技术要求;其次,对消防机器人工作环境进行分析,提出消防机器人自主寻找火源与智能灭火的技术方案;然后,基于SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)技术实现消防机器人在未知环境中的自主行走与避障,开发适合于机器人自主寻找火源与定向火源的方法与技术;最后,通过实验对所提出的消防机器人自主寻找火源与智能灭火技术进行有效性验证。实验结果表明,所开发的消防机器人能在未知环境中进行自主行走与越障,并具备自主火源寻找与智能灭火功能。其定位精度小于0.4m,火源识别率大于90%,具有良好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    According to the demand that the robot can replace the firefighters in the fire scene prone to explosion, such as chemical park or coal industry unit, the autonomous fire source search and intelligent fire-fighting technology of fire robot is studied. Firstly, based on the introduction of the structure and control system of fire-fighting robot, the technical requirements for fire-fighting robot to find fire source autonomously and to extinguish fire intelligently in unknown environment were clarified; Secondly, the working environment of fire robot was analyzed, and the technical scheme of this robot’s looking for fire source and extinguishing fire was put forward; Then, based on SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology, the fire-fighting robot can walk and avoid obstacles in unknown environment, and the methods and technologies suitable for the robot to find the fire source and to determine its direction were developed; Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed technology on this robot’s finding and extinguishing the fire source was verified by simulation and experiments. The experimental results show that the fire-fighting robot can walk and cross obstacles autonomously in an unknown environment based on this developed technology, and find and extinguish fire source intelligently. It has a positioning accuracy less than 0.4m, a fire source identification rate greater than 90%, and a good application prospect.
