    摘要:

    为提高评估标准制定的准确性和科学性,采用层次分析法确定合成旅后装保障能力权重。通过对陆军某 训练基地问卷调查,采用层次分析法构建层次结构模型并区分一级指标、二级指标、三级指标,构造判断矩阵后进 行一致性检验。评估结果表明:现行评估体系中后装保障能力权重偏低,可为部队制定合成旅实兵演习检验评估标 准提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the accuracy and scientificity of the evaluation standard formulation, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of the integrated brigade’s logistics and equipment support capability. Through questionnaire survey of certain army training base, the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct a hierarchical structure model and distinguish the first-grade index, the second-grade index, and the third-grade index, and then the consistency test was conducted after constructing the judgment matrix. The results show that the weight of the synthetic Brigade’s logistics and equipment support capability in the current evaluation system is low, which has reference value for the army to formulate the inspection and evaluation standard of the synthetic brigade’s actual exercise.
