In order to solve the problem that the existing measurement management software or system is limited to data query and preview, we propose the measurement management information system based on advanced technique of the computer field such as web services, web portal technologies, catalogue services and so on. Construct measurement catalogue services, measurement management sub services, and integrate these services into the measurement management portal as porlets. The results show that the system can realize the function of measurement management system and sharing metrological data, meet the needs of measurement regional management and verification, and improve the working efficiency of measurement departments.
