In order to improve the efficiency of equipment acceptance, the idea of business process reengineering is applied to the equipment acceptance of military representatives. This paper analyzes the essence of acceptance work, expounds the basis of business process reengineering, puts forward the requirements and methods in the process of reengineering and the steps of implementation, and takes the acceptance process of a certain missile warheads and fuses as an example to verify. The results show that the efficiency of equipment acceptance is greatly improved after process reengineering.
