Abstract:In order to solve the problems of long-term inspection and replacement of large-scale equipment, such as long working hours and low utilization rate of personnel, the problem of process segmentation and manpower scheduling after switching to parallel pipelines was analyzed. Based on the Gantt chart to optimize the workflow of a single device, the workflow matrix was established. According to the actual work requirements, the workflow matrix of each device and the workflow matrix of each professional were set. According to their mutual mathematical relationship, the mathematical model was established, and the constraints of the process logic sequence and the number of professional workers were set. And the algorithm of process segmentation and human scheduling was given. And taking actual problems as examples, verify the performance of the model and algorithm. The results show that this method can optimize maintenance process planning, shorten operation time, and improve personnel utilization.
