In order to solve many problems in data construction of network information systems in China, a system architecture for data construction of network information systems is proposed. Study the data construction process of the US military electronic information system, analyze its ideas and application technologies, and give corresponding technical suggestions. The results show that the system can form data collection, storage, analysis, mining, and security to ensure that personnel can obtain the right information at the right place at the right time.
