In order to scientifically evaluate the offhand mobile launch operational capability, this paper comprehensively analyzed the index elements of each capability, and constructed a reasonable evaluation index model. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey analytic hierarchy process were used to evaluate the offhand mobile launch operational capability of the 2 types of equipment. The judgment value of AHP index importance is standardized, and 5 expert opinions are introduced in the grey hierarchy analysis. By comparing 2 evaluation methods, the rationality, accuracy and reliability of the evaluation methods are verified. Through the analysis of the evaluation results of type 2 equipment, the key factors affecting the ability to control operations can be visually seen, providing a scientific and intuitive reference for operation.
