    为提高海上搜救行动的成功率,提出一种在海上不定基点的航空搜救效能评估模型。介绍扇形、扩展方 形、平行线和横移线4 种搜索样式的工作原理及特点,对使用航空目视、光电方法手段下的搜索样式进行对比分析 与评估,根据探测设备发现能力建立肯定发现型和概率发现型2 种效能评估模型,通过概率模型建模,并进行搜索 成功率的仿真计算。仿真计算结果证明,该评估模型可为海上搜救行动的指挥决策提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the success rate of maritime search and rescue operations, an airborne search and rescue effectiveness evaluation model at an uncertain base point at sea is proposed. Introduce the working principles and characteristics of the 4 search styles of fan, extended square, parallel line and traverse line, compare and analyze search styles using aerial visual and photoelectric methods, and establish 2 kinds of effectiveness evaluation models, which including positive discovery type and probability discovery type based on the detection capabilities of detection equipment. Establish model by probability model, and the simulation calculation of search success rate is performed. Simulation results prove that the evaluation model can provide reference for the command decision of maritime search and rescue operations.
