In order to ensure the safety of shotgun system in the process of service handling, loading, launching and flying, and to reliably remove the insurance to activate the next level initiating explosive device at a predetermined time, a kind of insurance mechanism is designed strictly according to GJB373A “Fuze Safety Design Criteria”. 2 kinds of independent environmental incentives (flame delay insurance and recoil insurance) are used to realize the security function, and the key design parameters of clipping pin and pin spring are given. The test results show that the design is scientific and reasonable.
