In order to solve the problem of effective implementation of spectrum management tasks in major events, it is necessary to study the electromagnetic spectrum monitoring of military security operations. This paper puts forward 6 main tasks involved in electromagnetic spectrum monitoring in the process of security based on the background of military spectrum management mission disposal, adopting a specific quantitative classification strategy for channels, by means of frequency band scanning, signal analysis, and interference location, so as to ensure seamless connection between spectrum monitoring and spectrum control. The research provides reference for relevant departments to carry out spectrum control tasks.
