Abstract:In order to solve the problem of dynamic scheduling of single-process intelligent system in fault-free and fault conditions, a dynamic scheduling strategy based on single-process intelligent machining system is proposed. According to the working principle of RGV-CNC system, the system rail guided vehicle’s working and fault simulation model is established. Put forward dynamic scheduling strategy method based on greedy algorithm and fault driving, analyze influence of fault on manufacturing, the rail guided vehicle’s initial service order on the number of productions is discussed. The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the order and the method is verified by example. The simulation results show that the rail guided vehicle which uses the strategy has a high working efficiency, and the expected number of faults is in line with the actual situation.
