Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of the current method of emptying the waste ammunition warhead, this paper simulates and experimentally studies the charge based on the principle of hydraulic cavitation. The mechanism and main influencing factors of cavitation water jet erosion and crushing charge are discussed. On the experimental device built by ourselves, the simulation results are verified by the A-IX-II column. The results show that the overall trend of the axial velocity of the cavitation water jet is gradually decaying. The pressure is inversely proportional to the particle size and the optimum inlet pressure range is 20-30 MPa, and the optimal target range is 8-20 mm.
