To solve performance degradation of aircraft ammunition in complex aircraft carrier environment for a long time, by analyzing the environment of aircraft ammunition on aircraft carriers and aircraft, then varied environmental suitability tests were carried out for aviation ammunition. According to the environmental adaptability requirements, the carrier environment adaptive design is proposed from the surface protection and packaging. The results show that the design can effectively improve the adaptability and operational efficiency of aircraft shell in shipboard environment.
