In order to solve the problem of high demands of researchers’ permissions and security classification in 3D collaborative development of the missile and rocket products, a solution to permissions control based on Teamcenter system is proposed. The basic elements, implementation principle and process are elaborated, by adopting secondary development technology, specific requirements of permissions control management in the process of missile and rocket products development are realized and practical application is verified. The results of application show that the scheme has enhanced the usability of system permissions control and efficiency of permissions control in the whole development process is effectively improved.
