    针对传统可靠性评估方法对多元性能参数进行可靠性评估时存在困难的问题,提出一种基于性能退化与 D-S 证据理论的可靠性评估方法。首先,分别对各个性能特征参数的退化数据进行建模,得到它们的退化模型和寿 命分布;然后,运用 D-S 证据理论对各个关键性能特征参数的寿命数据进行融合、决策,得到产品整体的可靠性指 标;最后,结合光纤陀螺的性能退化数据对该方法进行了检验,求得光纤陀螺的贮存寿命为 36 500 h。以某型光纤 陀螺的试验数据为例,对该算法的有效性进行了验证。试验结果表明:该方法较好地解决了多性能参数产品的可靠 性评估困难等问题,对于多性能参数产品的可靠性评估具有一定参考意义。

    Abstract:

    In view of the difficulties in reliability evaluation of multivariate performance parameters by traditional reliability assessment methods, a reliability evaluation method based on performance degradation and D-S evidence theory is proposed. Firstly, the degradation data of each performance parameter is modeled, and their degradation models and life distributions are obtained. Secondly, D-S evidence theory is used to fuse and make decisions on the life data of each key performance parameter, and then the overall reliability index of the product can be obtained. Finally, this method is tested with performance degradation data of fiber-optic gyroscope and the storage life of it is 36 500 h. Taking the experimental data of certain type of fiber optic gyro as an example, the effectiveness of the method is verified. The result shows that this method can effectively solve the problem of reliability evaluation of multi-parameter products, and has certain reference significance for reliability evaluation of multi-parameter products.
