In view of the shortcomings in the processing of equal wall thickness screw drills in China, the efficient processing technology of equal wall thickness screw drills is studied. This paper expounds the characteristics and current situation of processing of the equal wall thickness screw drilling tools. Processing technology research of the equal wall thickness screw drilling tools is carried out based on special broaching machine, the special control system and the process. It is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the technology can realize the efficient machining of equal wall thickness screw drill.
