    摘要:

    为研究某车载炮层合板吊篮结构典型工况下的结构强度问题,运用Ansys Composite Prep-Post 软件对其 进行铺层并建立有限元仿真模型。采用瞬态动力学分析,尝试使用梁单元建模法来代替传统接触问题的求解方法, 炮塔按某较大加速度转动一定角度急停,得到吊篮应力分布和变形角度云图,并与实验数据进行比较。结果表明: 该方法对非线性接触问题的符合材料结构变形分析十分有效,对其他类似复合材料结构的有限元分析有着参考作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the structural strength problem of a vehicle-mounted howitzer laminates basket structure under typical working conditions, the Ansys Composite Prep-Post software was used to lay the foundation layer and the finite element simulation model was established. The beam element modeling method was used to replace the traditional touch problem solving method. Simulate a sudden stop of the turret after the movement in a certain angle with a greater acceleration, and the stress distribution and deformation angle of the basket are obtained and compared with the experimental data. The results show that the method is very effective in the analysis of the deformation of the material with nonlinear contact problems, and it has a reference function to the finite element analysis of other similar composite structures.
