The evaluation process and system design of equipment operational requirement scheme are studied in order to accurately evaluate the equipment operational requirement scheme. The paper introduces the key control point mechanism to realize the orderly control of the whole evaluation work according to the scheme evaluation’s characteristics of equipment operational requirement, and then the evaluation process of equipment operational requirement scheme are constructed based on the key control point. The system functions and system development process are discussed. The results show that the system reduces the influence of subjective factor on the assessment results, exalts the credibility of the results, and provides reference for researching on equipment operational requirement scheme evaluation system.
