Abstract:In order to avoid difficult control in case of frequent assembly process changes in complex product development and production, a method for process reverse process modeling based on workflow is proposed. With an analysis of reverse process of complex product assembly process, workflow is defined which contains complete assembly technology feedback, process feedback and the release of a new version of process files. In addition, new process instantiation algorithm is presented and process execution information is integrated. The result shows that the method can help realize fast feedback of assembly site problems and rapid release of a new version of process files, and can help maintain the consistency of process data.
