Abstract:In order to optimize the mode of weaponry integrated maintenance and support, the overall technology scheme on missile condition-based maintenance is proposed with distributed databases and the central database, aiming to promoting transformation from periodic maintenance to condition-based maintenance, and its hardware is designed. According to the missile test data distribution characteristics, use the parameter reliability reverse estimate method to determine the missile maintenance test period. The analysis results show that the scheme could realize the condition detection and pre-maintenance by using the environmental monitoring data and test data. It is practical and it could provide technical supports for weaponry condition-based maintenance.
