    摘要:

    针对筒紧身管应力分布复杂和发射时身管应力动态变化的问题,设计筒紧身管外形尺寸,按筒紧身管的 弹性强度极限进行实际校核。根据lame 公式和力的叠加原理对身管内外筒的应力进行理论计算,用ANSYS 软件对 预应力下的筒紧身管和发射时身管的应力分布情况进行仿真,并比较理论计算值和有限元仿真分析值。结果表明: 筒紧身管内筒受力变化复杂,内筒和外筒的内壁应力集中,且呈分层特性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the complex stress distribution of jacketed gun barrel and the dynamic change of barrel stress during launching, barrel’s outer dimension was designed, and the checking of the barrel’s elastic strength limit was carried out. According to the lame formula and force superposition principle, the stress of tube inside and outside barrel was calculated theoretically. The stress distribution of jacketed gun barrel under pre-stress was simulated by ANSYS, and the results of finite element analysis and theoretical calculation were compared. It is concluded that the force variation of the inner tube of the barrel was complicated. The stress of the inner barrel and the outer barrel was concentrated and showed hierarchical characteristics.
