    摘要:

    为改善内能源转管炮动态响应性能,以某高射频小口径舰炮为对象,对其动态响应进行优化设计。建立 转管炮虚拟样机模型,对身管进行柔性化处理,对全炮进行动力学仿真,计算得到转管炮动力响应特性曲线,基于 Isight 软件平台,对仿真模型进行了多目标优化,对基于优化后的火炮的动态响应结果进行了射击密集度仿真。研究 结果表明:优化后炮口最大纵向振动位移减小1.43%,最大后坐阻力减小7.23%,后坐最大位移减小5.63%,射击密 集度得到了改善。该研究为提高内能源转管炮射击精度和自动机的结构优化提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    For improving internal energy Gatling gun dynamic response performance, taking certain type high RF small caliber ship borne artillery as example, carry out optimal design for dynamic response, establish Gatling gun virtual prototype model, carry out flexible processing for barrel and dynamic simulation for overall gun, and acquire Gatling gun dynamic response feature curve by calculation. Based on Isight software platform, carry out multi-target optimization of simulation model, carry out firing dispersion simulation based on optimal artillery dynamic response results. The research results show that the longitudinal vibration displacement of the muzzle was reduced by 1.43%, the maximum recoil resistance was reduced by 7.23%, and the maximum displacement of the recoil was reduced by 5.63%, the shooting intensity had been improved. This research can provide a reference for improving the firing accuracy of the self-energy Gatling gun and the structure optimization of the self-energy Gatling gun.
