    摘要:

    为解决某型雷达数字拖动设备难维修这一实际问题,对数字拖动设备检测与故障诊断问题进行研究。给 出了以嵌入式计算机为基础,综合运用通信技术、软件编程技术和触摸屏显示技术实现检测和故障诊断的过程;介 绍了检测仪的软硬件组成、软件工作流程,并分别以数字拖动设备方位通道和SD 变换板为例给出了数字拖动设备整 机检测和电路板检测原理,以及在故障诊断专家库与帮助文件指导下的故障诊断原理,总结了应用总线控制、混合 编程、专家经验和某些算法等技术解决研制过程中遇到的难题。应用结果表明:该检测仪具有连接使用方便、检测 速度快、诊断效率高等优点,较好地解决了数字拖动设备检测和故障诊断难的问题。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem for repairing difficultly of certain type radar’s digital drag equipment, study on the detection and fault diagnosis for the digital drag equipment. It provides the implementation process of detection and fault diagnosis by comprehensively using the communication technology, the software programming technology and the touch screen display technology based on embedded computer technology. Introduce the hardware and software components, and the software working flow chart, and illustrates the detection principles of whole equipment and the circuit board’s by separately taking the digital drag equipment in the direction channel and the SD transform board as the examples respectively. And the fault diagnosis principle based on the fault diagnosis expert database and the help file is also introduced. Summarize the technical problems in applied bus control, hybrid programming, expert experience, and algorithm. The applied results show that the detection instrument has advantages in connection convenience, rapid detection speed and high diagnostic efficiency etc, and it can effectively solve the difficult problems in detection and fault diagnosis for the digital drag equipment.
