    为获得高精度电磁标定力,设计实现一种用于微推力测量的电磁力校准装置。在研究电磁力产生及校准 原理的基础上,提出校准装置的设计要求,设计一种基于电子分析天平的,可同时调节线圈与磁铁之间轴向距离、 水平距离以及水平倾角的电磁力校准装置,定义不敏感角、不敏感水平距离以及不敏感纵向距离3 个物理量,量化 表示电磁力在一定输出精度下对应的磁铁与线圈位置变化范围,并进行实际电磁力校准实验。结果表明:该装置满 足设计要求,可研究电磁力与控制电流的关系。

    Abstract:

    To obtain high precision electromagnetic calibration force, a calibration device used in micro-thrust measurement was designed. On the basis of studying the principle of electromagnetic force generation and calibration, the design requirements were introduced, and a calibration device based on the electronic analytical balance was designed, which could respectively adjust the horizontal distance, longitudinal distance and angle between the coil and magnet. Three physical quantities, the insensitive angle, the insensitive horizontal distance and the insensitive longitudinal distance were defined, which qualified the variation range of magnet and coil position corresponding to the output precision. The results show that the device can meet the design requirements, and can study the relationship between electromagnetic force and control current.
