In order to solve the lag of management mode for army information management of equipment maintenance problems, research on the countermeasures of equipment maintenance information management. The meaning and the main content of equipment maintenance data and information are introduced. Present the analysis of problems in equipment maintenance information management: backward management and low degree of standardization, workload, and puts forward the corresponding strategies. Analysis results show that we should constantly adjust thinking, promote the formulation and implementation of standards, to speed up the development and utilization of electronic information, pay attention to the safety of equipment maintenance information management, and information management personnel training.
