Aiming at problems like excess operators, potential safety hazards, difficult control on product packing qualities of China’s hand-working packaging for granular propellant at present, conduct a project of control technology research for automatic granular propellant packaging. Using the methods of carton encoding reliably recognition, automatic charging of averting overflow, multi paper detection on paging machine, integrated information management and quality-tracing of packing qualities, we realize automatic packing and weight for granular propellant. Now the research has been adopted in domestic automated propellant packaging line. The application results show: it realizes man-machine separation in danger areas, safe production, and packing quality tracking and return control.
