    摘要:

    针对链式回转弹仓的链式回转结构存在多边形效应比较突出的问题,设计一种立式弹丸回转机构的自动 弹仓。采用多个链节对应一个储弹筒的方式,减小输送链所用链节的节距,进而减小回转弹仓的多边形效应及动载 荷,提高弹丸传送的平稳性和准确性;在低速转动和高速转动2 种不同情况下,对立式弹丸回转弹仓传送一发弹丸 的运动过程进行动力学仿真。结果表明:弹丸横向运动误差小,纵向跳动量小,满足运动平稳、传输可靠的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of polygon effect in the chain rotating structure of chain rotating magazine, a rotary automatic magazine with the projectile vertical placed is designed. The method of multiple chain links corresponding to one ammunition storage cylinder is adopted to reduce the pitch of the chain links used in the conveying chain, so as to reduce the polygon effect and dynamic load of the rotating magazine and improve the stability and accuracy of projectile transmission; Under two different conditions of low-speed rotation and high-speed rotation, the dynamic simulation of the movement process of a round of projectile conveyed by the vertical projectile rotating magazine is carried out. The results show that the lateral motion error of the projectile is small, and the longitudinal runout is small, which meets the requirements of stable motion and reliable transmission.
