    摘要:

    针对某型雷达控制机连续工作时间较长、维修任务较为繁重、测试手段落后、操作方法复杂、程序繁多的问题,设计一种基于反向模块欧洲卡(versa module eurocard,VME)总线的某型雷达控制机测试系统。硬件部分基于VME总线集成主控计算机板等4类板卡实现信号模拟、数据采集、信息交换等功能,软件部分完成了自动测试、数据管理和故障分析等测试功能。实际应用验证结果表明:该测试系统能够快速准确稳定地对某型装备各批次雷达控制机进行检测、调试和故障诊断,检测覆盖面广、操作简单,缩短了故障检测和装备维修时间,有效提高了应急抢修能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve these problems of a certain type of radar controller, such as long continuous working time, heavy maintenance tasks, backward test means, complex operation methods and numerous procedures, a test system for a certain type of radar controller based on versa module eurocard (VME) bus is designed. The hardware part is based on four kinds of boards such as VME bus integrated master computer board to realize signal simulation, data acquisition, information exchange and other functions. The software part completes automatic test, data management, fault analysis and other test functions. The practical application results show that the test system can quickly, accurately and stably detect, debug and diagnose the faults of each batch of radar controllers of a certain type of equipment, with wide detection coverage and simple operation, which shortens the time of fault detection and equipment maintenance and effectively improves the emergency repair capability.
