    摘要:

    为提高检测效率,设计一种雷达频综组件的测试系统。基于PXI总线进行设计,共有3类组件和1个电源模块,组件的驱动程序在LabVIEW环境下开发,实现了参数测量、数据采集、故障诊断等功能,具有良好的人机交互性。实际应用验证结果表明:该测试系统直观、便捷,测量误差小于2%、准确率大于99.2%、耗时缩短68.75%,能极大地提升能测试效率和测试质量,满足雷达频综组合的测试需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the detection efficiency, a radar frequency synthesizer component test system is designed. The design is based on PXI bus, and there are 3 types of components and 1 power supply module. The driver of the components is developed in LabVIEW. The functions of parameter measurement, data acquisition, fault diagnosis and so on are realized, and the system has good human-computer interaction. The practical application results show that the test system is intuitive and convenient, the measurement error is less than 2%, and the accuracy is greater than 99.The time consumption is shortened by 68.75%, which can greatly improves the test efficiency and test quality and meets the test requirements of radar frequency synthesis combination.
