In order to solve the problems existing in the management and use of general equipment, an integrated mobile management platform for general equipment under mobile conditions is designed. By studying the management standards, management processes and management methods of general equipment such as vehicles, diesel engines and UPSs, this paper analyzes the problems in the use, maintenance and management of general equipment under mobile conditions, combines the concept of fine management and information construction, and uses Internet + mobile terminal + Aliyun platform technology. The results show that the platform can improve the maintenance and fine management capabilities of general equipment, provide effective support for the healthy operation and management of general equipment, and give full play to the operational effectiveness of general equipment.
