The generation of intelligent command decision-making capability was studied in order to promote the transformation of command decision-making to intelligence command decision-making. Intelligent operational command decision-making is an innovative development focusing on improving the timeliness and correctness of command decision-making. By revealing the generating mechanism of intelligent command decision-making capability, it can provide theoretical support for operational command decision-making.
