    摘要:

    为提高大口径埋头弹机枪的射击速度,设计一种导气式自动机。以某12.7 mm 埋头弹机枪为研究对象, 采用升降弹膛实现开闭锁动作,对自动机的结构进行设计,利用ADAMS 建立埋头弹机枪的虚拟样机模型,通过仿 真获得自动机运动特性参数。仿真结果证明了该自动机结构的可行性,为大口径埋头弹机枪的设计提供一种参考 方案。

    Abstract:

    For improving shooting speed of large caliber cased telescoped ammunition (CTA) machine gun, a kind of gas-operated automaton was designed. Taking certain type 12.7 mm CTA machine gun as example, the opening and locking action was realized by a lifting and lowering chamber, the structure of the automaton was designed, and the virtual prototype model of the CTA machine gun was established by using ADAMS, the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out, and the dynamic characteristic parameters of the automaton were obtained. The simulation results proved the feasibility of the automaton structure, and provided a reference scheme for the design of large caliber CTA machine gun.
