In order to solve the problems existing in the current technological methods of bullet painting, according to the overall technological process of warhead painting, a technological method and structure layout of warhead painting and color standard drying was designed, and the optimal temperature and time trend chart of excellent warhead painting and color standard drying was obtained through experimental verification. The application results show that the technology and structure layout can realize the functions of automatic sorting, appearance detection, automatic color marking and quick drying in hot air bath. The color marking has advantages of uniform heating, stable quality, short curing time and high safety degree.
