For some traditional explosive industry classification chaos existing in the assembly line material management, distribution and material demand plans and production are not closely connected, material distribution process was optimized and the material was managed precisely, use digital modeling, classify the material into 4 categories, including raw material, product, finished product and hazardous chemicals, and create closer ties among distribution, material demand plan and producing. The results show that after using the material management system, the material management process of the production line is clear, and the material distribution and production efficiency are improved.
