Aiming at the problems of long production cycle, poor applicability, high cost and poor quality of our military equipment technical manual, a modular scheme of technical manual based on work package is proposed. Based on the actual operation situation, taking work package technical manual as example, use the software modular design principle to respectively design explicit and implicit module, and carry out the analysis for modular standardization, technical manual combination, and modular benefit. According to equipment actual situation and maintenance level, select required module and realize equipment maintenance technology manual. The modularization of the technical manual can meet the individual needs of the troops and provide grassroots personnel with easy operation.
