    摘要:

    针对智能化战场对装备保障提出的自动化智能化程度越来越高、保障精准度越来越高、保障速度越来越 快的要求,提出基于3D 打印的智能化后装保障体系。分析未来战场信息集成程度高、战场节奏紧密快速、毁伤精 确高效的特点,利用3D 打印技术数字化程度高、打印成型速度快、即用即造的优势,构建能够适应未来智能化战 场要求的后装保障体系。结果表明:该体系能在最短时间内准确找出受损装备存在的问题,提高装备保障的效率和 效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the requirements of higher and higher automation and intelligence degree, higher and higher precision, and faster and faster support speed proposed by intelligent battlefield for equipment support, an intelligent after loading support system based on 3D printing is proposed. By analyzing the characteristics of high information integration, tight and fast battlefield rhythm, accurate and efficient damage in the future battlefield, and taking advantage of the high digitalization degree, fast printing and forming speed, and ready-to-use manufacturing of 3D printing technology, the after-loading support system that can adapt to the requirements of the future intelligent battlefield is constructed. The results show that the system can find out the problems of damaged equipment in the shortest time, and improve the efficiency and effect of equipment support.
