为寻求一种有效而准确的寿命计算方法，以某自动步枪为例，对其闭锁机构强度寿命进行分析。利用 ABAQUS 有限元软件对闭锁机构进行分析，运用雨流计数法对所得数据进行处理，并采用循环应力应变曲线方程和 修正的诺伯法计算出局部应力应变，根据疲劳损伤定律和Miner 线性疲劳累积损伤理论对枪械闭锁机构疲劳寿命进 行计算。研究结果表明：该方法能够节省枪械机构在研制过程中的经费和试验时间，与现有方法相比，能得到更为 准确的预测结果，对研究自动步枪闭锁机构强度寿命有一定的参考价值。
In order to find an effective and accurate life calculation method, the certain type automatic rifle is taken as an example to analyze the strength life of the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software and the data results are analyzed by rain-flow counting method. The local stress strain is calculated by using the cyclic stress-strain curve equation and the modified Neuber method. According to the fatigue damage law and the Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory, the fatigue life of the gun locking mechanism is calculated. The results show that the method can save the cost and test time of the firearm mechanism in the development process. Compared with the existing methods, it can get more accurate prediction results, and has a certain reference value for the study of the strength and life of the automatic rifle locking mechanism.
