Abstract:Aiming at the problem of atmospheric corrosion of equipment that restricts the generation of combat effectiveness of equipment, the main influencing factors are analyzed and the corrosion control strategy of equipment is put forward. The characteristics of equipment service environment and the main forms of corrosion were analyzed, and the effects of atmospheric environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, salt fog and atmospheric pollutants on equipment corrosion were introduced. The principle and application of kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) are introduced based on the principles and research status of various multi-factor statistical analysis methods at home and abroad. The countermeasures of strengthening equipment corrosion control are put forward from the angle of maintainability. The results show that the study of the main factors affecting the atmospheric corrosion of equipment is of great significance to enhance the level of combat effectiveness of equipment.
