    摘要:

    针对制约装备战斗力生成的装备大气腐蚀问题,分析主要影响因素并提出装备腐蚀控制策略。分析装备服役环境特点及腐蚀的主要形式,介绍温度、湿度、盐雾和大气污染物等大气环境因素对装备腐蚀的影响。通过国内外多种多因素统计分析方法原理及研究现状,主要对核主成分分析法(kernel principal component analysis,KPCA)原理及应用进行介绍。从维修性角度出发提出加强装备腐蚀控制的对策。结果表明:研究影响装备大气腐蚀主要因素对于提升装备战斗力水平意义重大。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of atmospheric corrosion of equipment that restricts the generation of combat effectiveness of equipment, the main influencing factors are analyzed and the corrosion control strategy of equipment is put forward. The characteristics of equipment service environment and the main forms of corrosion were analyzed, and the effects of atmospheric environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, salt fog and atmospheric pollutants on equipment corrosion were introduced. The principle and application of kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) are introduced based on the principles and research status of various multi-factor statistical analysis methods at home and abroad. The countermeasures of strengthening equipment corrosion control are put forward from the angle of maintainability. The results show that the study of the main factors affecting the atmospheric corrosion of equipment is of great significance to enhance the level of combat effectiveness of equipment.
