Abstract:In order to obtain accurate ship motion data quickly, a visual simulation method of ship motion based on digital twin technology was proposed. The digital twin technology is used to digitize the ship hull, and the ship's six-degree-of-freedom kinematics equation is established according to the motion characteristics of the ship hull, propeller and rudder. Based on the ship's motion equation, the ship's position, angular velocity, acceleration and other parameters are calculated, and the ship's visual simulation is realized by VR technology. The results show that the error between the digital processing effect of the ship and the ship entity is small, and the more accurate simulation results of the ship motion posture can be obtained.
